Here’s Rolling Stone magazine’s listing of the 20 most annoying songs (click here). Can’t say as I disagree with too many on the list, but do kind of like guilty pleasure-wise #20 “Wake Me Up Before You Go Go.”
However, my biggest complaint/disagreement with the list would have to be the inclusion of “Cotton Eyed Joe” at #13. No way, Jose. This is a great song and I’m just enough of a redneck to admit that it could very well be #13 on my all time favorite list! So there. Check it out and I bet you, you’ll be humming it all day.
