Answer: Buzzy’s has more than three wise men visiting every day.
Over the holidays, Joe Stone and Rich Brewer organized a road trip for several 7th District/Leonardtown folks. They began their trip at Phil Dorsey’s office Christmas party in Leonardtown and then proceeded to Buzzy’s Country Store. Lindy McKay, Capt. Jerry Norris, my Mom and others greeted them accordingly. (I told my Mom the next day that I appreciated her coming down and that she was quite the hit with my visitors. My Mom laughed and said “Well, I was the only woman there so of course I was a hit.”) Lindy showed them his baseball scrapbook which is literally the history of ball in St. Mary’s County. Lindy has photo’s of the old Church baseball league up thru the formation of the softball league.
