“Today in Rock History” notes that a drunked up Billy Joel totaled his Mercedes 10 years ago today in the Hamptons (click here.) I can relate to that somewhat in that I once totaled a vehicle when I too was inebriated (click here.) Only difference was, I totaled a Camaro in Ridge and it was 43 years ago. (The fact that we are both washed up old farts is another thing that we both have in common however. Also, I once knew an uptown lady named Christie.)
