You can now watch the Super Bowl commercials before they air Sunday (click here.) As one of my Buzzy friends noted, the nice thing about this is “I can watch all of the commercials before the Super Bowl and I don’t have to waste time watching the game at all on Sunday.” Included in the link above are the two “controversial” SB commercials for this year: VW (#1 in the link) and Coke (#4.) Honestly don’t see what’s so racist in these, but then again we have really become an overly sensitive society have we not?
Makes me wish for the old days when it was sex that made things controversial. Check out this flail over Pornhub’s proposed but ultimately banned commercial (Click here.) Leads me to wonder if perhaps I shouldn’t do a controversial Buzzy’s Country Store commercial that they refuse to air.
Regardless, my favorite SB commercial remains the following “Country Store” based one that even has an old blue truck in it. See my previous post.
