Background:
Sunday on the way to the Store I stopped by Mom’s and asked if she was coming down to our Buzzy’s St. Patrick’s Shindig. She declined saying the weather was bad. Later at the Store, I talked to my sister Donna and invited her to swing by. She begged off saying she was still unpacking following her return from Florida. Earlier in the week I had said something to Reagan who wasn’t sure what she would be doing Sunday.
Story:
Cousin Joe White and his wife Pat rolled into Buzzy’s from Fredericksburg decked out in their finest St. Paddy’s Day greenery. They asked about Mom, Donna and Reagan. (Joe and Reagan compete online in some word game.) I called Mom, Donna and Reagan and next thing you know they were all there.

Next time I plan something I’m going to make sure Joe and Pat show up.
