If you are traveling to St. Mary’s County, and if you drink beer (or not), then you may want to plan a visit to Buzzy’s Country Store. It’s a throwback to the general store of yore, which sells a bit of everything.
And, at Buzzy’s, a bit of everything includes 10-ounce Budweisers, which seems to be a staple of many St. Mary’s County residents.
Why 10-ounce Buds? According to owner J. Scott, “it tastes better, it feels good in the hand, and it stays cold.”
Sounds like wisdom from a very insightful man.
Not sure that I’ve ever been referred to as “insightful” but, even it’s because of my knowledge of 10 ounce Budweiser, I’ll take it!
