Nagley’s General Store

I don’t usually allow any cat stuff onto the Buzzyblog.  Got nothing against cats; I just don’t like them.  

However, I could not resist passing along this nice little story involving a feline named Stubbs and a country store in Alaska (click here.)

Mayor Stubbs resides at the Nagley General Store in Talkeetna, Alaska.   In addition to being the home of the town mayor, Nagley’s Store has an interesting history (click here) including a fire in 1997. Takeetna is located just north of Anchorage.  (Guess no matter where the country store may be, we’re all going to have the same ice box adjacent to our front doors.)
