Remember all the rumors about tobacco companies registering pot names like Acapulco Gold and Panama Red (click here for related story?) Well, with this legalizing pot in Maryland starting to become a reality, I’m thinking that I better get busy registering potential names for the Buzzy Pot I’ll be selling in Buzzy’s Country Store. So far I have Good Buzz, Mild Buzz, Buzz-a-Lot, Buzzy’s Best Buzz. (See where I’m going with this?) And, as titled above, Buzzy’s Boomchakalaka has a nice ring to it too.
Regarding the trademarking of names however, it is a bit of a tricky situation right now (click here.) Also, with literally hundreds of pot nicknames to choose from (click here) there are a high (get it?) number of choices out there to define the pot products you plan to market.
