Check out Andy and David Dent’s Store in Tall Timbers for dinner sometime. My favorite is their Wednesday nite Country Fried Pork Chops. They serve up two big chops with mashed potatoes and green beans. (If you’re still doing your New Year’s resolution of consuming less, they will even let you split the dinner with your other half.)
