After Bart told me about Dreaming Tree wine I tracked it down and began to stock it in Buzzy’s Country Store. Turns out Dave Matthews is part owner of it. When someone was recently in the Store checking it out and learned that Dave was involved, he deadpanned, “Yeah, like Dave needs to do this so he can pick up women.”
Musically, Dave will mumble some lyrics so here’s his Ants Marching video with the lyrics for you. Funny thing about this song of Dave’s though, musically I enjoy it as it always makes me feel a little better like I wanna get up and do something. However, once Dave starts in with all that “crimes grow deeper” and “Lights go down you up and die” talk I find myself getting a little depressed as I listen to it. Come on Dave, like Sly suggested and wanted to do – take me higher. Maybe I need to be drinking some of his Dreaming Tree wine when I’m listening to it.
