When touring Panama last year, Pam and I took a train ride from the Canal over to Panama City. As the train rolled along thru the country side, it was announced over the loud speaker that if we looked to our left we could see the El Rancer Prison where Manuel Noriega resides. I didn’t even know that the old boy was still alive.

Noriega sued because the video game Call of Duty portrayed him as a murderer and a kidnapper. Rudy Giuliana defended the Call of Duty folks in the lawsuit. Guess it wasn’t that tough a job for Rudy to point out that Noriega had been tried and convicted in 3 countries of murdering and kidnapping people. I may have been able to have been the defense attorney in that case.
