This being Dave’s last week I was planning on doing a couple of Letterman-related posts. Since I had included Warren Zevon’s “Lawyers, Guns and Money” video in yesterday’s post, I found this interview below and thought it to be an apropos coincidence.
Letterman devoted his entire show to this sit down with Warren who had just been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. Great interview that includes Warren’s life advice to “Enjoy every sandwich” (4:15 mark.) To which I would only add, it depends on what kind of sandwich it is.
