When Pat Adams gave me this sign I didn’t really look too closely at the little boy depicted in it:
However, as I installed the sign on Buzzy’s front porch – where else? – I thought that the kid did look kinda familiar.
So, I Googled “little boy peeing” and learned that I have seen this young fella when Pam and I visited Brussels a couple years ago. Although he didn’t make enough of a lasting impression on me such that I was able to immediately recall him, he is famously known as Manneken Pis a Brussels landmark.
And now that he is enshrined on Buzzy’s front porch, I guess you can say that he has finally become a true global icon. Thank you Pat! (Now if I can just find a “No Peeing Around the Side of the Building” sign, I’ll have everything covered piss wise. )
