Thank You Bryan!

I did a post the other day on how I always liked the view of the corn fields when seen from atop the ferris wheel at the Valley Lee Carnival.  Thanks to the efforts of Bryan Swann aka All Angles Photography here is that view.  Bryan dispatched his copter to grab the following shots:

To synch up with my ferris wheel vantage point, Bryan even threw one in the photo.  I told you that he knew what he was doing. Pretty high ferris wheel though.

Now some country store/bar room trivia for you – name the bar that used to be situated at the corner of 249 and Drayden Road. If you said the Pink Elephant good on you.  However, something I was not aware of, before it was the Pink Elephant, it also served as Gough Tippett’s Country Store and a business called The Country Club.  How’s that for having had 3 distinct names?

Speaking of wheels going round, last I heard Joni wasn’t doing too well but it sounds like she’s on the mend (click here.).
