Bryson is on a roll as his A Walk in the Woods has been made into a movie starring Robert Redford. Here is the trailer.
Every Sunday morning I am reminded of Bryson’s Woods book when I think about going to church. Years ago I worked with someone who said that he did not go to church on Sunday mornings because he preferred to be in the woods either hunting, hiking or just hanging out. He said that he always felt more spiritual and closer to God out in the woods than he ever did in any church. I know just what he means as I always felt that way about the water. Right Brad?
