Power boat racing returns to the County this weekend at Leonardtown Wharf (click here.) Beale Tilton (3rd from left above) is back in town showcasing the Rowdy II. (For previous post on Beale and Rowdy II (click here.) The event starts this evening at the Rex Restaurant in Leonardtown where you can meet and greet power boat drivers and fans. Competition starts Saturday and continues thru Sunday at the Leonardtown Waterfront.
And speaking of boats on Breton Bay, you may have missed this Palooza that went down a couple weeks ago. It was the Second Annual Breton Bay Palooza that featured a bunch of boats and folks rafting up and having a pleasant time out on the water. Looked a little like the former Bucksnorts’ party only this time on the water.
