Been awhile since I’ve come up one sock short after doing a load of laundry. It reminded me of a comedian talking about this phenomena by asking “Do you think the socks discuss it in the washer and dryer by saying “Hey I’m gonna make a break for it do you wanna join me?”
However, my mystery sock appeared shortly as I found him hiding in a pair of my underwear. I’ll give him credit for being clever but I found him! (And yes, I am a boxer dude.)
