Pre-internet I would save reference books like this. Now however, with all knowledge just a click away, why thumb through a dusty old book when it’s all right there on that world wide web?
The World Mythology book examines a number of mythological figures from around the world. One chapter focused on the story of Irish Queen Medb who led a very colorful and active life.
The most famous story surrounding Medb’s reign has to do with a cow. (“How now brown cow” did NOT originate from this story.)
