Wednesday so it is time to start planning your weekend and there is a lot for you to choose from in South County.
Here is your itinerary for the day:
Start at Hermanville for the Home Grown Market where all sorts of locally grown and produced products await you.

Then bop over to St. Mary’s City where the annual BeerFest is going on. Don’t drink too much beer there however, because you’ve got a couple other stops to make.
Don’t recognize this fella but do like that t-shirt he is wearing:
Depending how long you stay at the Beerfest you can either then ride down to Buzzy’s or hit St. Michael’s School in Ridge for its annual auction:
And at Buzzy’s Country Store starting at noon, we will be hosting a fundraiser for the 22 March for Life organization. 22 March for Life is a suicide prevention group aimed at providing help for our vets and first responders.

There will be food, music by Gary Rue and a cornhole tournament all for a very good cause.
And finally, if you’re still out and about after all that and don’t feel like calling it a day, Sunset Cove at 7 p.m. is featuring music by Billy Breslin. This song always rings true for me because I also do a lot of my walking after midnight – to the bathroom to pee!
