Speaking of my Mom (previous post) this is her birthday week as she turns 88 this coming Wednesday. In going thru some of the Enterprise’s archives I found this letter she had written to the editor in 1985.
I asked Mom about the letter the other day but she couldn’t remember what the issue was all about that prompted her to write it. So I did some more searching of the Enterprise’s 1985 archives and found the following which is what led her to write the above letter:
