Wow, can’t quite get my mind around the fact that Buzzy’s Country Store was just awarded the 2020 Best Of Scotland Award for the category of Country Stores! What an honor! To be judged to be the best Country Store in Scotland, I am truly humbled.
Pretty cool right? I received notice of the award in an email from a fella named Randy Reid. I emailed him back to thank him but have yet to hear from him.
I am very pleased that Buzzy’s has been formally recognized for being the first class, quality operation that it is. And to receive my award all I got to do is send ’em some money! Small price to pay for winning such a prestigious award so I am putting my check in the mail today.
Note: I did find some internet naysayers trying to claim that this is a scam known as a Vanity Pitch (click here.) However, I am dismissing all that negativity as Fake News because I can recognize and appreciate a legitimate award whenever I receive one! Why, I’m even willing to bet that Mr. Reid is a bona fide business man with a degree in business from Trump University!
This song came to mind for some reason. Did you know that Sergio’s lead female singer here Lani Hall-Alpert is the wife of Herb Alpert? Alpert was instrumental in discovering Sergio and company and helping to launch their careers (click here.) Do you think the fact that Herb had his eye on Lani may have influenced him any in that decision making process?
