That’s throwback as in look back not throw back in the water!
First up from 1978 Bobby D being welcomed back home following his motorcycle accident. That is Warren Wood on the left with I think JW behind him. Barbara looks on from the right side.
From December 99 – Joan, Gary, who appears to be trying to wink, Chief Larry and Sue are enjoying themselves at the Buzzy Christmas party.
Also from the 99 Christmas party here is a good shot of Will Mettam with Susie Raley and Pat John. That’s Phil Thornhill and Tommy Knott in the background. (I think the finger belongs to Phil’s then girlfriend Joann.)

With apologizes for the quality of this photo, I still wanted to pass it along because obviously everyone is having such a good time here at Lou Gentry’s birthday party (see sign.) Barbara and Marylou are behind Robbie Norris as Teenie Boy is toasting such that his arm blocks Capt. Jimmy Cullison and Gary and Bobby D are in background. (Really do wish I had bought Buzzy a good camera for Father’s Day, his birthday, Christmas whenever!)
I started with a cake photo so I’ll end with one too: Buzzy celebrating his 45th birthday with Black Velvet and cake.
I began thinking I’d post 5 photos and had this tune picked out. I added a couple extra pics but couldn’t find a version of Take 7. Just maybe my favorite jazz tune ever, it is done in 5/4 time hence the title.
