Brady and I are flying home from Chicago today after visiting Soldier Field and Wrigley Park on our annual baseball trip.
I will have more to say about this trip in future Buzzyblog posts. However, contrary to Satchel’s advice, today I am going to look back on the Buzzyblog for this date in 2010. (Coincidently, Brady and I were doing some ball park trips back then too.)
The song I included back then was Little Feat’s “Oh, Atlanta.” I always think of my buddy Ron Edwards who maintained that Little Feat was the best American rock band ever. I always liked Little Feat, but I am still either a Creedence Clearwater or The Band fan as far as the best American band. Allman Brothers are in there too.
