Yep, he would have been 100 today. I thought about it the other day when recalling our 1998 trip to Paris and thought “Wow Buzzy was 74 when we made that trip.”
Only 4 months shy of hitting that age myself, I can now appreciate how he huffed, puffed and complained when I made him walk up all 284 steps to get to the top of the Arc de Triomphe.
But speaking of folks hitting 100, I guess I could and should have done better featuring 100 year old Eva Marie Saint yesterday. (Recall that I posted a video showing Eva dancing along to some hokey tune sung by Bob Hope.) Well, here then, from my favorite T-V show “CBS Sunday Morning,” is a better look at Eva discussing her very long and successful career Note that it first aired in March 2014 when Eva was “only” 89.
