Word is that the Point Lookout Lighthouse is almost ready for its re-opening. It was closed for major renovations which were completed a couple years ago. And while the grounds and outbuildings around the Lighthouse have been re-opened to the public, the Lighthouse itself has been closed pending the construction and installation of exhibits. That work has been done and the Lighthouse should re-open to the public shortly. (If I knew how to insert that crossed fingers emoji I would do so.)

Speaking of things in transition, this song played on the radio the other day in Buzzy’s Country Store. I turned it up at the “Doo doo doo doo, doo doo doo doo doo” (7:43 in video) part where Steven starts in with the Spanish verse. Makes me smile every time I hear it.
