The Little League World Series is now down to eight teams as they battle this week to see who will compete in the Championship game set for this Sunday 24 August. This good recap here (click here) will bring you up to date on which teams are left and still playing for the title.
And yes, your local Country Store sports bar has the World Series on every afternoon for you to check out the action. And while betting on Little League is a no-no with U.S.-based gambling sites, there are some non-U.S. betting sites that will take your bets (money) if you just gotta have some action. Note that of the remaining 8 teams, South Carolina and China are favored to advance to the finals set for Sunday.
