Van turned 80 last August shortly after he had released his 47th album. The title tune caught my ear and made me stop and appreciate how Van has always provided the soundtrack to my life. In “Remembering Now” he talks about returning back to where he started.
When I first listened to it, I was on my way down to the Store and it made me feel warm and thankful that it really is like I never left there. This is who I am.
