Here is another one of Dave’s photos. It doesn’t quite fit in with my duo theme here; but it is too great a shot to not include!

Trio of Duo’s – Brother/Sister Father/Son, Aunt/Nephew

And speaking of duos, this song came to mind so I went looking for it. I was surprised to find this live version filmed at the Capital One arena earlier this year. John Carbone and I caught Bruce and Stevie performing in their 2023 appearance at Capital One (click here.)

I thought of Bruce during Reagan and Ben’s wedding as another of his tunes ran thru my mind. Years ago when I was taking wedding photos, the couple I was photographing chose this Bruce-tune for their first dance. I remember thinking how great and how perfect a tune that was not only for a newly married couple, but also for any couple traveling together on this road of life. (Fantastic version here with everyone singing a verse or two. My only quibble with it is – how come Max didn’t get a chance to sing?! Again, the drummer gets no respect.)
