Re: my previous post, I ended it by wondering what rock figure the French would have sent us and started to inject – the Singing Nun? However, after googling her, I found out that she was not French but actually from Belgium. Her one hit song Dominique was sung in French. Unfortunately, I also found out that following her one hit, she led a rather sad life (click here.)
Turns out too that another nun is now making quite a stir after winning the Italian version of The Voice (click here.) Hope that things pan out a little better for Sister Cristina than they did for the Dominique lady.
