OK, so yesterday, what with it being Valentines Day and all, perhaps I was a little too cynical and snide with the Blah Blah stuff and playing that J. Geils’ Love Stinks video for you. To all you offended romantics, I apologize. (To those of you who really are as jaded and cynical as I am, you may want to stop reading here and skip the rest of this one because it is a little on the lovey dovey side of things.)
To properly atone for my callous, unromantic inclinations, here for you is this nice little five minute video about a couple in love. (The young boy at the 2:50 mark is the film maker’s son from another relationship.) Following that, is my favorite J. Geils’ tune and yes, it is a love song! (Shows some female fans storming the stage and grabbing J. giving new meaning to rock stars getting laid as in out!)
