So maybe I won’t be going to hell after all. The Pope is talking about forgiving divorced/remarried Catholics and letting us back into club. He may even let us take Communion again. Note that the key word here is talking. As a news commentator cautioned “the words may have changed some but the music is still the same.” Nothing “official” has come down from the Vatican yet.
But good for Pope Frank to at least begin talking about it (click here.) I may even go to Church today just for the hell of it. (I probably shouldn’t have said it that way.)
