Bet you never thought you would see Robert Goulet get any mention here on the Buzzyblog; but hey, life is full of surprises is it not?
On this day in 2007 he died at the age of 73 from pulmonary fibrosis while awaiting a lung transplant. The only reason I mention him is because he was one of my Mom’s favorites and I always think of her whenever I see, read or hear anything about him.
But for my formative years, all I ever knew or remembered him for was the following:
