Pam took this photo of our little friend chilling in our backyard. It made me think of the saying “The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog’s back.” Curious, I hit up Wiki to learn more about the saying and its 1885 origins (click here.)
In the Wiki account there was this funny factoid about the phrase:
Do you think that Ivan would have known any better if the response back to them was “It means “F’ You and the horse you rode in on.”
I always think of my Grandkids Shawn and Lily when ever I hear this song. Back in their younger years, they loved this obnoxious song and played it repeatedly much to my dismay. I am laying odds that you can not listen to all 3:45 minutes of it:
P.S. My neighbor Mike Bates also caught our friend on video one evening when his dog Winston appeared to be trying to communicate with the little fella. However, the fox didn’t say anything as it was Winston who did all the barking.
