Joe Cullison (Full Throttle in the pic above) was home from Tahoe for a couple days last week so Greg Madjeski organized a lunch get together for some of the “old” gang. (Guess I got to start being careful how I throw that “old” word around.) After lunch at Charlie’s Restaurant, Greg’s niece Amelia was kind enough to grab this picture of us.
Between the seven of us in the picture and with all of us being about 60 years old, that makes approximately 400 some years of knowing each other reflected here. In Mike Raley’s case, I’ve known him all but 9 months of my 60 years. (I was born in February and Mike debuted 9 months later in November. I often joke that my earliest childhood memory is looking over and seeing Mike Raley in the baby seat next to me.) So when I say all of us in this picture have known each other just about all of our Ridge boy lives, I’m not exaggerating by too much. Told Joe that he needs to come home more often so we can have an excuse to get together like this.
