Yesterday’s Enterprise featured a front page story by Jason Babcock click here on a fight with the County over a public pier.   Although the County awarded the lady $8,000 she refuses to take it.  In addition to the $8K of taxpayer dollars, wonder how much time and labor the County is having to expend to arbitrate all of this.   For some reason, this song comes to mind:
