It didn’t take Kay any time to be back in business as today she re-opens Spinnakers Restaurant at Point Lookout Marina. Can’t remember the last time that the three Tick Neck restaurants, Courtney’s, Scheibles and Spinnakers were all open for business in January. Let’s try to support them as much as we can.
