Buzzy’s Country Store donated $80 to the recent Powerball drawing as 16 of us ponied up $5 each to buy 40 tickets. Of the 40 tickets we purchased, not one had the #6 power ball and only four of the tickets contained any of the other 5 numbers drawn. Wasn’t meant to be obviously.
However, here’s a lesson below learned from the Missouri winner. Next big drawing, we will go with the numbers of the 6 Orioles who are in the Hall of Fame: Earl Weaver 4, Brooks Robinson 5, Cal Ripken 8, Frank Robinson 20, Jim Palmer 22 and Eddie Murray 33.
