Have a young couple about to rent one of my apartments located behind Buzzy’s Country Store. As I muddled thru the lease files looking for a sample lease, I found Buzzy’s “lease” (below.) In particular check out his last paragraph containing the notation “Items to cheer you up and make you relax are next door.”
My sample lease consists of two lawyerese pages of rental terms. However, unlike Buzzy’s one page doc, my lease fails to mention having items next door to relax the renter, but maybe it should!
