Hope that I didn’t jinx Tubby too much.
Following my post last week wishing him and his Minnesota Gophers well in the NCAA Tournament, they won their first game against UCLA.
However, they then lost their next game to the Florida Gators. The day after that loss, Tubby was fired (click here for story.)
As for Tubby’s future, wish him well, but have a hunch that he may be taking the next year off before he decides on his next move.
