In Friday’s Enterprise, John Wharton wrote a nice article on Charlie Pulliam.
Charlie had been in Buzzy’s Country Store just a couple weeks ago. I joked with him and wondered if the last time he’d been in Buzzy’s was when he was a Deputy Sheriff and had to serve someone with a warrant. He laughed and said that while he had never had to visit Buzzy’s to serve a warrant, he had been in the Store a couple of times with Donnie Purdy when Donnie was running for Sheriff. I told him I was glad to see him visiting the Store on some non-law enforcement related business.
