So “Thriller” is the all time Number 1 Halloween song (click here.) No problem with that as the Thriller album, its video’s and songs were all very good. “Monster Mash” came in #2.
However, in a weird, love hate kind of way, think that Monster Mash should have been recognized as the best-Halloween-song, simply because it’s the stupidest/coolest song ever. Check out the tune’s background (click here.) Now listen again and see if it doesn’t make you smile; something that Thriller, as great as it is, does not do.
