Don’t know why, but Christmas Eve always tends to blues me out. Could be some ghosts from Christmas past messing with me, or it may just be all that Catholic weight pulling me down. Who knows?
Heard this tune on my way home from the Store the other night and thought “Hey Joni, I got a river for you.” Of all the Christmas songs out there, this one moves me the most. Happy Christmas Eve. Hope all is well with each of you and that there is no ice on your river nor on your heart.
