My morning hour spent bopping around the internet highway consists of hitting those sports, music and political sites that I have bookmarked and then, if I have time, Facebook. I save Facebook for last because I know that once I start roaming around its endless corridors I’ll stay there much longer than is necessary. Saving it for last, I know I’ll only spend a few minutes there and then go do something productive like order some booze.

Ever wonder where all those sappy “You can do it” things come from? I tracked this FB item that someone posted back to a site called Positive Life. While I consider most of these a waste of time, I kind of liked this one:
