Daughter Reagan advised me awhile ago that the Buzzyblog was getting a little too heavy on the “sports stuff.” Heeding her input then I backed off boring you with some of my sports musings during this NFL season. (Plus with the Ravens and Redskins not doing so well, my interest has been minimal to begin with.)
However, here’s something that occurred to me as I discussed the upcoming football playoffs with some guys from Seattle yesterday in Buzzy’s Country Store. Say Seattle and Denver both advance this weekend. Any coincidence that both these teams are from states that recently legalized pot? Will give a whole new meaning to “Super Bowl” won’t it? Plus Peyton Manning is already doing all of those Papa John commercials. Could be a fun couple weeks leading up to the big game. Coincidence or not, Bruce’s new album was released yesterday.thoughts
