I don’t put a lot of stock in horoscope stuff. However, I used to know someone who was tuned in to it and she ultimately managed to convince me just a bit that there MAY be something to it. So, far be it from me to put it down as total bs. “Semi-bs” would probably be more accurate re: my take on it.
I do recall folks talking about how moody my Uncle Tinkie would become at certain times of the month based on what phase the moon was in. (Full moon = stay away from him.) Bottom line, I never noticed much change in Tinkie as he always seemed to me to be his customary ornery self no matter what phase the the moon was in.
But I do check my daily Aquarius notation mostly to see how inaccurate and off base it is. Every once in awhile a la a broken clock, and a blind squirrel sort of thing, something will appear that makes me say “Hey, how’d they come with that!”
My horoscope in the 30 December edition of the Washington Post read: “Friendships will always play a starring role in your life. You understand a lot more than most, as you can read between the lines.”
Not so sure about my understanding more than most, but do concur that I place a high value on my friendships. One of the unexpected and very nice by products of my running the Store is that I now see more of my friends and that’s a very good thing. In 2014 I plan to see them even more often. Happy New Year!
