Am I the only one who had never heard of this game? The creator of the Flappy video game that’s raking in $50K a day, terminates it because “it ruins my simple life.” (For complete story click here.)
It just looks like a Mario Bros knockoff to me, which shows you how out of touch and dated I am when it comes to video games. But @ $50K/day, I got a feeling that money vs. the game creator’s discomfort is the real reason for Flappy’s demise. Can Flappy II be far behind?
I’m meeting later today with some techies to come up with a Buzzy Bird game where the flying bird falls into a beer can. I’m not certain how it may “play out.” But one thing I am sure of – if it ever becomes too much of a success, I won’t be puling any plugs on it just because it ruined my simple life.
