Kenny Chesney’s “When I See This Bar” song (in one of my previous posts) sure sounded a lot like John Cougar’s “Small Town.” So I did some checking around and sure enough they have done a couple Farm Aid concerts together as well as appeared on a CMT Crossroads episode some time back. One reviewer even cited John’s influence on Kenny (click here.)
Got a good idea/suggestion for them – do a collaboration on a tune and title it “A Small Bar” which of course would feature Buzzy’s Country Store!
