Finally listened to the Pharrell’s “Happy” song start to finish the other day. It goes in the hate/like it bin. While I can see what the fuss is all about, it still tends to grate on my listening nerves. Catchy and upbeat in a “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” kind of way, still it’s one of those repetitiously annoying songs that you can’t get out of your head (click here.)
I prefer the original “Happy” from this 1972 Stones’ performance featuring Mick Taylor in background, Keith needing his teeth fixed and Jagger with moves like…..
