I bought the Store from my Dad 7 years ago today. Been a quick seven years and with but a few hiccups here and there, I have enjoyed running it very much. That said though, I still don’t know how he managed to do it like he did every day, nine, ten, twelve hours a day for 50 plus years. All I can say is that he must have loved doing it.
I’m going to try and make it at least for a couple more years. As for duplicating Buzzy’s 50+ mark, uh, as you know that ain’t happening. Buzzy and Cal Ripken both have records that will never be broken.
