Recall the County Times front page photo of Buzzy’s Country Store that made it look like Buzzy’s was for sale? Since then I’ve had several inquiries as to whether or not Buzzy’s is for sale. Also, I have even had a couple of visitors who saw the article and decided to drop in and check the place out before I sold it. Well of course Buzzy’s is not for sale. Here is a nice letter to the County Times from N. Stewart:
I am forever appreciative of and thankful to all of you who visit Buzzy’s quite frequently and continue to support it like you do. Like Stewart’s letter notes, it is with local support that local businesses survive. Buzzy’s will continue at least for a couple more years as long as I can do it. Re: stepping up its game to compete with the chain stores up the road as the County Times article suggests, I think I’ll take a pass on that and keep Buzzy’s as it is now – a place to kick back and relax.
